Arlberg Alpin Aparts – a visit to the project site
A sunny south-east slope at 1495 m in Schröcken, Europe’s snowiest ski resort and future building site of the construction bond project Arlberg Alpin Aparts – was the venue for a meeting between Swiss Premium Investment AG and its partners.
Schröcken am Arlberg, well-known to vacationers from all over the world, is an oasis for the body and mind as well as a real insider’s tip for skiing enthusiasts. The ski resorts of Lech-Zürs and Warth-Schröcken were finally connected in 2013 via the Auenfeldjet cable car, creating the largest ski area in Vorarlberg.
Here, near the fashionable resort of Lech, 84 first-class apartments are being built, in traditional Bregenzerwald style, housed in three new buildings next to an already world-famous hotel. The excellent location of the Arlberg Alpin Aparts in one of Europe’s most successful skiing and holiday destinations promises solid returns at the highest level of security.
To obtain an overview of the building project, the project’s participants met on the spot to visit the future building site overlooking the majestic Alpine landscape of Hochtannberg and Arlberg. Project manager, architect and partners discussed the latest details, plans and possibilities. After a hearty lunch at the hotel restaurant, the particulars of Arlberg Alpin Aparts were explained and final issues were clarified.
Afterwards, over coffee and cakes in the restaurant’s cosy atmosphere, our new partners and employees from the Buchs, Geneva and Basel offices had a perfect opportunity to become more familiar with each other.
Bringing a project to life in close collaboration with our partners – this is a highly valued principle of Swiss Premium Investment AG.
